Create an SSO link for a practitioner. This link can be used to log in to the eRx service as the specified practitioner.

Optional patient ID to use when creating an SSO link. The SSO link will take the user to the patient's profile page.

Optional encounter ID to use when creating an SSO link. Any prescriptions created using this link will be associated with the specified encounter.
