Invite a developer

Invite a new Developer to the Project. Developer accounts are used to log into the Developer Console and administrate Projects. Developers are the only people who can belong to and act across multiple Projects, because they exist above the Project level.

A valid FHIR Practitioner Resource JSON object. The FHIR Practitioner resource will be created to represent the developer in the FHIR store.
